These terms govern your use of NorthStarServicesNV.com and services provided by NorthStar Services LLC ("NorthStar"). By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to these terms.
Estimates & Quotes
Free estimates are provided in good faith based on the scope you describe. Final pricing may adjust if on-site conditions differ materially. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling & Cancellation
- Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
- Same-day cancellations after our crew has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods. Past-due invoices may accrue reasonable late fees.
Warranty
Window film carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10–15+ years) plus our installation workmanship warranty. Warranties do not cover damage from abrasive cleaners, third-party alteration, or Acts of God.
Property & Access
You represent that you own the property or are authorized to authorize the work. You'll provide reasonable access to work areas and disclose known conditions (fragile glass, alarms, pets, etc.) before we arrive.
Liability
NorthStar is licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where a higher amount is required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
